Hey. I know how you feel. I have exactly the same. Although the pain is in my hands terribly painful. I have a corset to bed at night, because my hand is asleep and take a tingling all night and it throbs and hurts like hell. Her pregnancy, which will be called the carpal tunnel, and also with a lot of water retention and swelling. It disappear once the baby is born. I have for about 28 weeks or so had, and I will get worse. I can not wait until the baby disappear, if the pain. Good luck to you.

The tingling and numbness in the hands or extremities due to lack of movement. Not completely avoid during pregnancy. Most of the blood flow goes to the stomach. You can try to move some 30 minutes walking per day and get your arms. This was to help a little. As for the swelling that looks like water retention. Why this happens you will see the amount of water you drink, drink more than the body is stimulated to drive, because it means that you will place your body with enough cash at any time using "hanging in the water only for the case.

oh man I have the same .. Tingling in my hands, I'll ask my doctor and others had said the other day and I told him that produced in normal pregnant women through the extra fluid from your body and blood of pressure on pregnant nerves.its to baby. its disappears after carpal tunnel syndrome and my doctor told me to do is get a wrist protection .. nothing more, do not change my diet or anything, so I guess theres nothing I can do about it.But is certainly uncomfortable! I was up all night .. I also listened to create and maintain swollen feet, ankles in place to help you luck ..

First, it is best to consult a doctor rather than a group of women and men in Y! A? But as far as the feet / ankles, place them on a pillow in his sleep .. Try to reduce salt intake

Im not sure about you, you have carpal tunnel?

You can try some things like swimming .. In 27 weeks this week and swim something totally helped my feet, legs and arms feel a lot better had it, you feel more weight in water.

The show was so hot, and I have recently completed a little swollen feet, but it reduces the pool and help in the night.

The most important thing for your doctor might not be serious, but it is best to check with security for both you and your baby.

Only the symptoms of pregnancy. Since there is more weight, and he / she will some organs is not so, the optimal blood flow, as it should. When you wake up with numbness just try some cirrculation them as soon as possible to clarify. They are drinking to help a lot of water, and when the anesthesia is too bad, too, can still be a chiropractor to me during my pregnancy

The swelling is normal at this stage of pregnancy, they sit, as you can. Tingling fingers, sounds like a pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. There is nothing I can do about it, but it should disappear as soon as the swelling increases after birth

Swollen ankles are a part of the pregnancy should unfortuntely used. If they are really very large and remain for more than a day, with swollen hands and face, you should see your doctor because the swelling could seriouis more.

Sleeping on your back? If so, can reduce blood flow to the ankles, so that movement is difficult. The best way to sleep during pregnancy is on your side, preferably on the left. try and see if you can help
