Served in reflection on a grill Restarant the only beer, I mean everyone, especially people only. What type of license is required not to sell to beer or spirits, but u need a license to sell beer at all.

Yes, you still need a liquor license. There are different types of licenses, of which we sell beer and soft drinks than others (wine, etc.), but no alcohol. You need to ask the state, and I believe that the process takes several months.
