Deck or Patio if long term solution is screened in porch? - screen porch plans
I just bought a house with an old bridge that has fallen into ruins. I have work plans for this fall or next spring, have something ready for the barbecue season, is the first year, and I wondered if I had to build a deck or patio, when I think of the long term (5 -10 years ) to ask in a screening on the porch.

If you really evidence would be easier to cover a structure, rather than a patio if you are planning on a roundabout in front of the discovery of a terrace. We are building a porch off the breakfast room and adding around terrace space for those around them, we have two options. 5 to 10 years is a long time are .... Let them get ready for a complete renovation at the time.

I had to build a small parcel on the screen in the evening and the ground floor of a concrete patio have great voices. You have many reasons to choose and requires little maintenance.
