It could be coming early into heat. But I doubt it.

But with the crap that flows that could have an infection in progress. I would need to see your veterinarian as soon as possible. Since it is not sterilized may have pyometra, which is the right time for this to happen.

Pyometra, if not treated, will kill them.

If you run shit, it would be best to take him to the vet. The average cycle of a dog is all of 6 months ... There is an average of just yet. There are some that are more common and others are all 7 to 8 months (or more). When in doubt, consult your veterinarian.
